THE MOST DANGEROUS VIRUSES IN THE WORLD

THE MOST DANGEROUS VIRUS- Virus is the small unit of infection which can spread in the living cell rapidly, which may causes to death.

                          DIFFERENT TYPES OF VIRUS

Ebola: caused by Ebola virus:

  • Ebola is a rare but deadly virus that causes fever, body aches, diarrhoea and sometimes bleeding inside the body.
  • The first outbreak happened in Nzara in Sudan and the other in Yambuku in Republic of Congo. According to the WHO, the fruit bats of the Pteropodidae family are natural Ebola virus hosts.
  • It is also known as deadly virus.
  • Ebola then spreads through human-to-human transmission via direct contact (through broken skin or mucous membranes) with the blood secretion, organs or other bodily fluids of infected people.

 Marburg virus [Hemorrhagic fever]:

  • Transmission of these viruses occurs by direct contact with infected body fluids from animals and humans, such as blood, urine, saliva, , respiratory droplets and stool, and contact with virus-contaminated objects (e.g., needles).
  • Persons who prepare, cook, and eat contaminated animals may become infected so it is very dangerous  virus.

Swine Flu:

  • It is caused  by H1N1 Virus,The virus has its origins in an influenza pandemic.
  • By this virus itself was a human influenza virus, researchers found that the virus, causing the pandemic was able to infect and replicate in pigs but did not kill them , this is also it not more dangerous than Ebola virus.

SARS:

  • It is caused by the SARS coronavirus
  • By its effects of this outbreak included uncertainties and fear that,it is in some cases, resulted in debates and policies against students returning to their U.S. universities from Asia after the spring break .

Avian Flu:

  • It is caused by the H5N1 virus
  • By the survey of WHO, as of July 2014, 667 cases of humans infected with H5N1 have been reported which caused deaths of 393 people and many other people affected by this flu .

EVIDENCE AND ITS TYPES

  •   What  is evidence?

Something which can prove or  disprove something.
                       – It includes
                                             • Documents
                                             • Testimony
                                             • Objects

  •     Types of evidence..

                                              • Oral Evidence
                                              • Primary Evidence
                                              • Real Evidence
                                              • Judicial Evidence
                                              • Direct Evidence
                                              • Physical Evidence
                                              • Documentary Evidence
                                              • Secondary Evidence
                                              • Hearsay Evidence
                                              • Non-judicial Evidence
                                              • Indirect Evidence
                                              • Biological evidence

1.    Oral evidence:

section .3 of Indian evidence act define the oral evidence.
"all the statements which the court permit to be made before it,by witness in relation                              to matter of fact under inquiry"

2.   Documentary evidence :

section . 3 of Indian evidence act define the documentary evidence.
"all the document including electronic record produce for the inspection by the court;such
               document called as documentary evidence".

3    Primary evidence :

Section. 62 of Indian evidence act define primary evidence.
Establish through the documentary evidence on the production of original document for
             inspection by the court.

4.      Secondary evidence :

Section. 63 of Indian evidence act define the secondary evidence.
it is the evidence which is produce in the absence of primary evidence.

5.      Real evidence :

Real evidence of a fact is brought to the knowledge of the court by inspection of a physical                   object not by the information derived from any witness.

 6.   Hearsay evidence :
A person who has come to know some thing from third person.
Hearsay evidence is a weak evidence.
7.      Judicial evidence :

The evidence receive by the law of court of justice in proof or disproof of a fact before them
             is called judicial evidence.

8.      Non-judicial evidence :

Any confession made by the accused outside the court in the presence of any person .

9.      Direct evidence:

             It is an importance evidence.
It is the evidence which collected from the witness.

10.    Circumstantial evidence :

There is no difference between circumstantial evidence and indirect evidence.

FORENSIC SCIENCE( PISTOL)

pistol can be semiautomatic and maybe automatic
1. Lever Action
• The lever is fixed below the trigger. It acts as an additional trigger guard. • When it is operated, it extracts the fired cartridge and cocks the rifle. • The carrier block gets pushed upwards, that loads a live cartridge. • When the lever is brought to normal position, a rod places the live cartridge in the chamber and carrier block takes its place.
2. Bolt Action
• Loading and unloading operations are carried out through a steel bolt with a knob. • In forward normal position, bolt is locked with knob turned to one side, sealing the chamber. • Firing pin assembly is inside the bolt. So when trigger is pressed, pin moves forward through a hole in the bolt head to strike primer. • Bolt head is fitted with extractor. When the bolt is drawn backward, the fired cartridge trails along with the bolt. When it reached the ejection hole, an ejection device strikes with sufficient force to throw the cartridge out. • Again as the bolt is pushed forward, it picks up a cartridge and places it in chamber. Forward motion also locks the weapon. Turning the bolt to one side seals the chamber.
3. Gas-operated
• Firearm has hole in the barrel at suitable distance from muzzle. • Predetermined amount of gas escapes and operates a piston. • Piston activates a rod, that pushes breech block backwards. • Simultaneously, it extracts fired shell. It strikes against ejector rod and thrown out. • On return path, breech block picks up live cartridge from magazine. The cartridge is loaded in the chamber and sealed and locked automatically.
• To this list you can add: a) Recoil operated b) Blow-back Operated c) Retarded blow back operated 4. 4. Pump action
